Barry Replaces CarrAmerica as Leasing Agent at Northridge Center

ATLANTA-More than 105,000 sf is available in the two buildings as Nortel vacates much of its space. CarrAmerica will continue to manage the buildings.

ATLANTA-Barry Real Estate is the new marketer for Northridge Center’s two buildings at Ga. 400 and Northridge Road. The complex was formerly handled by CarrAmerica, which will continue to manage the buildings.

“We will have more than 105,000 sf available over the next 90 days,” Andy Sumlin of Barry tells GlobeSt.com. The space will be offered at the $20-per-sf range. “This is a very competitive rate,” he says.
