Carnese, whose brother Brad is an industrial broker with the company, has a background in real estate development, finance, appraisal and lending. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he was a project manager and director of business development for locally based Specht Development.
Prior to that, Carnese worked with Palmer, Groth & Pietka Inc., assisting in the appraisal of office, industrial and retail properties. Carnese, who was unavailable for comment Monday morning, is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and a member of the Greater Portland/Vancouver Commercial Association of Realtors.
