The firm plans to build a new 36,267-sf facility on the site known as lot 548, located on Phase 2 of Irvine Spectrum 5, at the intersection of Goddard and Tesla. The company will be relocating its staff from the smaller facility it currently occupies in Irvine to the new building. The project is expected to break ground in June 2001 and be completed by January 2002.
Stan Mullin and Jim Cunningham of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the seller, the Irvine Community Development Company of Newport Beach in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Dennis Highland and Mark Jerue of Lee & Associates' Irvine office.
