ProLogis Renews Lease with Military Industrial Supply

HOUSTON-Military Industrial Supply has renewed its spot at ProLogis' 9402 N. Loop East, an office-warehouse structure. Caldwell Watson and an in-house ProLogis rep, based in Houston, have negotiated the deal.

HOUSTON-Global distribution service company, ProLogis Industrial Trust has sealed a 7,778-sf lease renewal for 9402 N. Loop East, an office-warehouse building housing Military Industrial Supply.

Daryl Mecham of ProLogis has represented the Aurora, CO-based Prologis. The company has 188.7 million sf either operating or under development at 1,662 properties in the country. ProLogis operates in over 98 markets in the US and internationally. In Houston, ProLogis currently is offering space in more than 26 different industrial properties.
