Tangent Communications, Inc. is taking 6,200 sf in the Rogers Corporate Park, 1878 S. Elmhurst Rd. in northwest suburban Mount Prospect. The company, represented by Jeff Gilbert of Wagener Equities, is relocating from nearby Des Plaines. Arthur J. Rogers & Co.'s Martin Paterson, SIOR, represented ownership.
Bancgroup Mortgage, which is relocating from southwest suburban Palos Hills, will take 3,450 sf at Rogers Centre for Commerce, 1653 Barclay Blvd. in north suburban Buffalo Grove. John Pikarski of J.D. Partners represented Bancgroup while Ann Manns-Ezzo, CCIM, and Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the building's ownership.
