The Northwest commercial real estate investor and service provider has named Kathryn Colgan its director of leasing for suburban offices in the greater Seattle area. Colgan will now oversee leasing and marketing of 1.7 million sf of office space in Renton, Tacoma and Bellevue. Most recently, Colgan was with Teligent, a communications company headquartered in Vienna, VA where she was responsible for directing real estate teams in the Western region.
Unico also has promoted and relocated Dan Preisler to Boise, ID where he will manage its 272,000-sf US Bank Plaza located in downtown Boise. Preisler first stepped on board with Unico in May 2000 as an assistant property manager for a company property in Renton, Wash. His commercial real estate experience also includes several years of acquisition and property management for Diamond Parking in Seattle.
Unico's real estate portfolio includes upward of 7 million sf of office and retail space throughout the Northwest. The company has satellite offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California.
