7901 El Rio Development Takes Keys to Five-Acre Office-Warehouse Site

HOUSTON-The transfer of a five-acre tract, with an office-warehouse, might be part of a county expansion deal, says the broker. The property is located at 7901 El Rio in a densely developed corridor.

HOUSTON-B. Kelley Parker III of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. has represented R.J. Gallagher Co. in the sale of 4.92 acres with an office-warehouse at 7901 El Rio in Houston. Pat Pollen of Coldwell has acted on behalf of the buyer, 7901 El Rio Development.

B. Kelley Parker tells GlobeSt.com the property is a nice product in an area with little to no available product or land. Parker adds that what is available in this area is expensive and this property provided a nice alternative for the buyer. Parker describes the area as the Plaza Del Oro section in south Houston, east of the Astrodome, north of Loop 610 and west of Texas 288.
