Comcast Lease Brings Business Park To 90% Occupancy

BALTIMORE, MD-Comcast, which recently purchased Jones Cable, signed lease for 45,240 sf lease for space at MIE's I-97 Business Park. The company plans to consolidate some Jones Cable offices into a single facility.

MIE, founded in 1971, has developed roughly 8.5 million sf in the Baltimore area, along with projects in Colorado and Wisconsin. The company specializes in flex space to meet the demands of high technology companies because they allow expansion within MIE's portfolio. The firm's office parks surround Baltimore-Washington International Airport and the Baltimore Beltway in more than 30 business park locations, serving more than 1,200 tenants.
