Anyone looking for 72,000 sf in the Princeton market right now can forget it. The space is already gone -- Bloomberg LP, the international business news organization quickly snapped it up and is in the process of moving 300 employees into the two-story building.
College Park is owned by College Road Associates, a joint venture of Lawrence Zirinsky Associates and Pocantico Associates. In the Bloomberg lease transaction, Vincent Marano and Tom Stange of National Business Parks, Princeton, which also manages the property, represented the owner. Jerry Fennelly of NAI, Princeton, represented the new tenant.
