Not counting the space Aon Corp. continues to use, the building owned and managed by Dallas-based Prentiss Properties Ltd. is now 20% leased, a figure likely to grow in the coming months. "We're in the process of negotiating several more leases with prestigious firms," says Andrea Saewitz, director of leasing. "With Aon's departure, there are great opportunities for tenants to be in a premier location and find immediate space with existing improvements."Rob Schmidt and Dan Maslauski of The Staubach Company represented Houlihan Lokey, which has 12,500 sf at 20 S. Clark St. in the Loop.

Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, is the second firm to sign a lease at 123 N. Wacker Dr. The law firm of Meckler, Bulger and Tilson previously agreed to take 50,000 sf, moving a few blocks north.
