Oakbrook Terrace Tower won in the 500,000-1-million-sf category; 1111 W. 22nd St. won in the 100,000-249,000-sf category and 1.1-million-sf Westbrook Corporate Center in Westchester won in the suburban office park category.
The properties competed against others in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio in North Central regional competition. They now advance to international competition phase with about 70 buildings from the US and Canada. Winners will be announced June 19.
Westbrook Corporate Center features amenities including three restaurants and a health club. The 31-story, 773,000-sf Oakbrook Terrace Tower also includes a health club and a deli, in addition to a dry cleaner. The eight-story, 225,000-sf 1111 W. 22nd St. also includes a health club and deli in addition to covered parking.
