LaFavre is a "prolific producer and excellent team leader who helped develop United Properties' reputation in the corporate real estate consultant services area," says Boyd Stofer, president of United Properties. LaFavre's responsibilities include managing a team of real estate professionals who provide supplemental services to corporations, institutions, and government organizations.
LaFavre, who lives in Burnsville, MN, joined the corporate real estate services division in 1994 at the time it was formed. Before that, LaFavre worked for Thorpe Brothers providing corporate real estate services to Twin Cities-based companies. He began his career in 1989 as a marketing agent with Trammell Crow Co. He is president of the Twin Cities subchapter of SIOR's Mid-Continent Chapter.
