Drug and Communications Firms Expand Presence

DANBURY, CT-Two tenants at the Corporate Center office complex have signed lease expansion deals totaling 15,629 square feet, according to Delmhorst & Sheehan Inc., which represented the building owner in the transactions. Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals signed a new lease for 8,729 sf and now occupies a total of 75,000 sf of space. ComNet Communications signed a deal for 6,900 sf of additional space, bringing its lease commitment to 15,609 sf.

“One of the most attractive features of the Corporate Center is its size (1.2 million sf) thereby offering greater tenant expansion potential than many other properties,” says Arthur Delmhorst of Delmhost & Sheehan, the marketing agent for the property. Corporate Center’s tenant roster includes such firms as: Morgan Stanely Dean Witter, Honeywell, Praxair and Dow Chemical.
