Fieldworks, a marketing services and product testing firm, is taking 8,000 sf. Represented by Scott Brandwien of Insignia/ESG, Fieldworks is relocating from the Northwest Side of Chicago.
Flowmaster USA Inc., engineering analysis software company, is taking 3,640 sf. The company, represented by Victor Sanmiguel of J.D. Partners Inc., is relocating from Evanston, a suburb just east of Skokie.
Also relocating from Evanston is Paynet Inc., which is taking 2,214 sf. Paynet provides credit checks for leasing companies.
Harmswood Office Center is owned by Mark Goodman & Associates, whose high-tech projects include 550 W. Jackson Blvd. in Chicago's West Loop and Boulevard Tower East in the East Loop. When completed, Boulevard Tower East will be the city's first new-construction telecom hotel.
