Signature will shed its Better Homes & Gardens brand this summer and will be called Signature GMAC Real Estate. GMAC acquired Better Homes and Gardens in 1998 and has been transferring the brand over the past three years.

"Our immediate plans are to become a more diversified real estate company," Nadler tells GlobeSt.com. "Although general real estate will continue to serve as our core business, we will be utilizing our collective experience and expertise to tap into other areas that will help our company grow."

Nadler, an industry professional for 30 years, would like to see Signature get into real estate development, title insurance and expand its commercial real estate line.

The Signature family currently comprises Signature Realty/Better Homes and Gardens, Signature Realty Commercial and Signature Realty Referral.

The company has seven offices and 130 agents in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties. It is the largest Better Homes and Gardens franchise in Florida.
