Advantis Hires Alexander from Ross Realty

TAMPA, FL-Verdon Don Alexander Jr. will direct land, office and industrial sales for the Tampa Bay unit of Orlando-based St. Joe Commercial.

He has 28 years of industry background; is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors; and is an Emory University (Atlanta) graduate.

St. Joe Co. of Jacksonville, FL formed Atlanta-based Advantis in April 1999 by merging two subsidiaries with its own commercial real estate staff. The subsidiaries were Atlanta-based Goodman/Segar GVA and Tampa-based Florida Real Estate Advisors. Advantis is a unit of Orlando-based St. Joe Commercial.
