GMAC Launches 'Cool Tool' for CMBS Professionals

The site operates on a Microsoft platform. Microsoft brought RealPoint to “market” within 90 days, a record for a financial website with this much information, says Microsoft’s Bill Harnett. “We used our “net” server line–it’s really good enabling technology,” says Harnett.
