Project specifics are not available, according to a Bradford spokeswoman. The undertaking is being hawked as ideal for corporate campus settings, with Bradford's Al Blaine, executive vice president, handling the marketing assignment. GlobeSt.com has been told there are no deals close to a signing at this stage of the project.

Wayne Batavia of Silverwing Development has been working with the town of Flower Mound for 1-1/2 years to complete entitlements and permits for the development. Construction already is under way on the infrastructure, including Lakeside Parkway, a four-lane expandable thoroughfare. The parkway will bisect Silveron and connect International Parkway to Texas 121. The road is ticketed for completion in November.

Come mid to late summer, dirt also will begin flying on Silveron Boulevard to provide an artery throughout the project that is destined for office and hotel development. The project is positioned 1-1/2 miles from the north end of Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport.
