Stream International, a provider of Custom Relations Management (CRM) outsourcing for technology and e-businesses, is expanding is worldwide corporate headquarters in the facility and now leases the entire 80,000 sf building, according to Tom Myllykangas of CRESA Partners/Boston. Myllykangas represented Stream International in the deal.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner in the deal. The Canton Commerce Center, an office/research and development complex, is located adjacent to Route 138.
Mylllykangas also brokered the deal for Axcel Photonics, a start-up semi-conductor manufacturing firm. R.W. Holmes represented owner VVR Holdings Inc.
