AMDB is affiliated with GCA Development. Ross Dunn Realty Inc. has represented AMDB in the sale. Ross Dunn tells GlobeSt.com that the company has chose the building because of its Memorial Park location.

The developers plan to focus on high-end, luxury town homes and single-family dwellings inside the 610 Loop, so location was key, Dunn points out. He and his company will handle AMDB's marketing.

Dunn says the warehouse location is in an area that now ranks as one of the hottest residential developments in the city, on par with other high-end residential markets such as West University Place. Consequently, the corporate location needed to reflect AMDB's target market, says Dunn. Howard and Gloria Ward are the sellers of the warehouse.Dunn's company is focused on inner loop commercial and residential sales, particularly in the CBD, Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou/Memorial West submarkets.
