Greg Lance, who negotiated Mpower's 35-city rollout, is the top producer for Cawley International. Vice president Buddy Tompkins is Wilcox Realty Group's lead producer. Tompkins, along with president John Conger, had represented Dallas' Chase International Plaza in its lease with Global Investor, a subsidiary of Chase Manhattan Bank.

Mitch Wolff is Cawley International's second-ranking top producer of the year, followed by that firm's Roger Oser, Seth Weinstein and Drew Kaplan in third, fourth and fifth places, respectively.

Todd Ashbrook and Terry Lowrey, with Wilcox Development Services, have received special recognition awards for outstanding achievements in development projects for Wilcox; including the 1.1-million sf Chase International Plaza; Sybase Inc. in Dublin; and California and Blue Shield of California in El Dorado, CA.

Steve Wilkerson, with Cawley International, has been selected rookie of the year. Kim Sutton of Wilcox Development Services and Cindy Gallagher and Kenneth Reese, both of Cawley International have snagged "2000 Excellence Awards." Ron Lehman is the employee of the year for Cawley Wilcox Cos. This marks the first year that the veteran companies have handed out the awards under the newly carved single banner.
