Law Firm Expands Presence with Acquisition

BOSTON-Goodwin Procter has expanded its products and liability practice with the acquisition of Schneck Weltman & Hashmall. As part of the deal, Goodwin Procter will take over offices at 1285 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan.

The acquisition brings an additional 15 lawyers to the firm and now puts Goodwin Procter's roster of attorneys to approximately 500. The firm also has offices in New Jersey and Washington, DC.
