The firm reports that Swissray America, a manufacturer and distributor of X-Ray equipment, signed the largest transaction at 11,981 sf of space in Elmsford. Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant in that deal. In addition, Schmersal Inc. leased 10,570 sf of space, while Liberty Mutual Insurance renewed its long term deal for 18,474 sf of space at the newly repositioned 49,000 sf building. McCarthy O'Callaghan Co. of White Plains represented Schmersal in its lease deal.
At 100 Summit Lake Drive in Valhalla, WC Capital Management renewed its lease for 3,015 sf and at 200 Summit Lake Dr. Lothrop Associates renewed its lease for 6,565 sf for its design headquarters. Wagner Group Associates represented Lothrop in its lease deal. Also at 200 Summit Lake Dr., Attorney Louis J. Galgano III, leased 1,512 sf of space.
