Interwoven, a software company based in Sunnyvale, CA has signed a five-year lease on 22,239 sf in the 10-story office building, located at 9606 MoPac Expressway. Broker Cinco Cocke of CB Richard Ellis tells GlobeSt.com Interwoven had been located in about 3,000 sf of downtown office space. Westel, which also has offices downtown, had signed the first sublease for part of the Globeset space.

Ireland-based Trintech purchased the assets of Globeset in November 2000. The sublease transaction has been handled by Cocke and Jerry Lumsden of CB Richard Ellis. The deal had been referred to them by the Swettenham Levi Sheehan Group in CB's office in Sacramento. Stonebridge I is owned by a Dutch investor. Within 90 days, the 10-story Stonebridge II will deliver.
