Tenants of the five-acre neighborhood shopping center include Leamington Foods, Firestone Tires and Super Trak Auto.
Daniel J. Hyman, president of Chicago-based Millennium Properties, was brokered in the transaction. Hyman also brokered a 1996 deal involving the property.
LaSalle Bank provided a $2.5 million mortgage on the property.
