The First Industrial Realty Trust-owned facility totals just over 258,200 sf, which recently underwent a substantial renovation, including a new roof and new parking area. The rest of the building is currently available, although First Industrial regional director Hayden Tiger indicates that he is talking to a number of potential tenants.
The Chicago-based First Industrial has its New Jersey regional operations based in Pine Brook. Tom Consiglio of Resource Realty, Parsippany, NJ, brokered the Mebane transaction.
