Pandatel, which supplies opto-electronic components and wavelength division multiplexers, opted for a 5,680-sf building in Forsgate Technical Center in Jamesburg, NJ. The space will be used as offices, manufacturing and warehousing.

Robotunits, which makes sensors and material handling equipment, has moved into a new building at Brunswick Business Park, South Brunswick. The 7,900-sf space will similarly be used as offices, manufacturing and warehousing.
