Publisher John Wiley & Sons will be the anchor tenant for the property, occupying nearly 400,000 sf when it moves its headquarters from Manhattan to Hoboken next year. Waterfront Corporate Center is coming about through a public/private partnership involving SJP Properties, the City of Hoboken and the Port Authority of NY/NJ.
