Lee & Associates to Represent Irvine Co. Properties

NEWPORT BEACH, C--Tom Gioia with the firm's Irvine Spectrum office will represent the county's largest landowner on seven retail properties.

A specialist in retail properties, Gioia will represent the lessor at the Alton Square, Alton Technology Center, the Food Park, Parkview Center, Woodbridge Village Center, Sand Canyon Plaza and The Commons retail centers.

A five-year industry veteran, Gioia was named the firm's Top Retail Associate for 2000 and member of Lee & Associates' President's Club in 1998 and again in 2000.
