Bedding Store Takes 72,000 SF in Build-To-Suit

CAROL STREAM, IL-Four Columns, Ltd. takes possession of a 97,641-sf retail, office and warehouse facility at Army Trail and Merbach Roads in this DuPage County suburb, leasing out 72,033 sf to retailer Peppers Bedroom City.

Storefront windows of the structure, which features a showroom for Peppers, are 16 feet high. The building also includes 10 truck docks, two grade-level loading doors and 209 parking spaces.

Partner and senior project manager Chris Paxson oversaw construction for FCL Builders with assistant project manager Jeremy Blanton and senior superintendent Dave Michaelsen. The building was designed by Heitman Architects.
