For more than six years, BT Commercial Real Estate has been on a hiring frenzy and in the last six months has hired top talent from several competing firms including Gary Willard and partner LindaMarie Santiago, both from CB Richard Ellis. Willard is heading up the Burlingame office and is in charge of the Investment Services Group.
"We're no just out there recruiting," said Jason Berry, COO of BT Commercial's San Francisco office. "We're committed to becoming the top rated brokerage firm in Northern California and in doing so we are seeking top talent to go with our highly rated clients."
Berry also said as part of their overall growth plan, the San Francisco office has recently moved to a bigger ground floor office on California Street in an effort to meet client needs. "In the last six months we have hired several top rated professionals to join our team," said Berry. "We just hired David Klein and Jill Ruyle who were formerly from Cushman and Wakefield."
BT Commercial Real Estate has eight offices in northern California and hopes to open offices in the East Bay's 680 Corridor and in Sacramento in the upcoming year. "Our firm is growing and we are consistently driving up sales," said Berry, "and with our future growth plans comes the need to expand our staff and we only want the best."
Berry also said there are other big plans in the works to increase sales in the northern California market. "In continuing our efforts to expand our markets," said Berry, "we want to continue to provide the highest quality of seamless service available in the region."
