Draw-Tite Takes 32,000 SF of Warehouse Space

BURLINGTON, NJ-The Michigan-based manufacturer will distribute its products in the Northeast, moving its operation to the Burlington Business Center from Central New Jersey. The company manufactures parts for different vehicles.

Neil Shupak of Smith/Mack represented draw-Tite, based in Michigan. The company is relocating its regional distribution operations from locations in the Flemington/Raritan area in Central New Jersey.

The remaining 68,000 sf in the building is available for lease. Eastman still has a number of build-to-suit sites available in the park, and has 270,000 sf of building space either ready for build-out or in the planning and design stages.
