MK Principals Limited Partnership will own the rehabilitation project, located at 23149 Commerce Dr. About 45,140-sf of the facility will be leased to K & M for the manufacture of fixtures and jigs for the automotive industry. The remaining space will be leased to Kramer Air Tool Sales and Services for a sales room.

Industrial space in nearby Novi is renting in some areas for $5.50 per sf.
