166,000 SF Taken at Lackman Business Park

LENEXA, KS-The one-year-old business park is nearly 75% leased after home-storage supplies retailer Organized Living leases a 166,000 sf building, becoming the largest tenant in Northwestern Mutual Life's property.

Other tenants include International Marble & Granite, Lagasse Brothers and United Rotary Brush.

Mark Sonnenberg, with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, represented the landlord, Northwestern Mutual Life. Ed Elder, with Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, served as the broker for Organized Living. Organized Living, which is a retailer of home-storage supplies will keep its headquarters at 9851 Lackman Road.
