Alexander Summer/CRESA-NJ closed the transaction on behalf of EMC. James Sousa, Dennis Gralla, Jon Karnick and Mark Twentyman of Paramus, NJ-based Alexander Summer teamed up with Bill Krasnow of the CRESA Boston office to make the arrangements. Terms were not disclosed.
Besides being close to other EMC operations, the company opted for 1 Connell Dr. because of expansion potential. Alexander Summer/CRESA-NJ has recently arranged similar transactions for such high-tech firms as Broadvision, Dataware Technologies and Veritas Software.
