Loudon-Ford Office Interiors has leased 17,040 sf at 2770 Industrial Land, in Broomfield, a suburb along the US 36 corridor between Denver and Boulder. Brit Banks of First Industrial has represented Loudon.

In the other deal, Neway Packaging is taking 15,676 sf at the Stapleton East Business Center at 4970 Paris St. in Denver. Neway, a full-scale distributor of industrial packaging supplies and equipment, had been occupying 12,000 sf in Commerce City, northeast of Denver.

Neway, based in Torrence, CA, had been started in a garage and has grown into 10 locations under the leadership of its founder, Russell Freebury. Paul Kluck and Matt Capecelatro of First Industrial have represented both sides in the Neway deal. First Industrial is one of the nation's largest providers of industrial real estate. It currently owns, operates and manages 84 million sf, including 4.5 million sf in Colorado.
