Hardees, Lockwood Greene Find New Space

ST. LOUIS-The two leases account for nearly 35,000 sf of space. Lockwood Greene Engineers takes 24,400 sf at 1000 Des Peres Rd. Hardees takes 10,534 sf at One Firstar Plaza.

ST. LOUIS-Hardees and Lockwood Greene Engineers have found new space in the market. The two leases account for nearly 35,000 sf of space.

Hany Abounader of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented Archon Group in the lease of 24,400 sf of office space located at 1000 Des Peres Rd. to Lockwood Greene Engineers. The transaction was valued at $2.6 million. David Kelpe of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented Lockwood Greene Engineers.
