Shipping Brokerage Relocates in Expansion Move

WILTON, CT-In an expansion move, Fairfield Chemical Carriers, an international petroleum products shipping broker, has signed a lease with Wilton Shopping Center Limited Partnership for 3,434 sf of space at 5 River Rd. The company has relocated to the 16,000 sf mixed-use property from 1,500 sf at 22 Thorndal Circle in Darien, CT.

Thomas Weinstock and Robert Gold of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the owner, Wilton Shopping Center Limited Partnership. Barbara Segalini-Stilley of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the five-year lease transaction that had an aggregate value of approximately $410,000, according to Grubb & Ellis officials.
