Anne Paduch will now oversee 17,239-sf 240 W. Randolph, 10,318-sf Franklin and Van Buren, 10,055 sf at 60 E. Lake St. and 8,364 sf at Lake and Wells Streets.
Trammell Crow's management deal with Urban Growth Property Trust also includes 139,879 sf in Pittsburgh, which Denise Novak oversees; 33,675 sf in Boston managed by Joan Young and 9,290 sf in Philadelphia, which Sean Thompson is in charge.
Trammell Crow's Chicago-area property management division now handles 110 properties with more than 20 million sf.
