According to the terms of the eight-year lease extension, the company will occupy a total of 19,730 sf in Santa Monica Commerce Park. In addition to its current offices, which are located in the complex at 3211 W. Olympic Blvd., the tenant will take an additional 10,290 sf of creative office space.
The expansion space is currently under construction. The tenant, a production- and post-production firm known as Harley's House, will move into the new space in May.
Harley's House was represented by Marty Barkan of Grubb & Ellis' West Los Angeles office. The landlord, Chicago-based Equity Office Properties, represented itself.
