Bob Mooney, president of The Staubach Company's Northwest region, said the new clinic will nearly double the size of Virginia Mason's existing site. Completion of the two-story structure, close to Interstate 5 and developed by First Western Development Services of Edmonds, WA, is set for early next year.

Details of the long-term lease were not available. However, NNN leases in the area are averaging $18/sf-$21/sf.

Virginia Mason manages 16 regional clinics and an internationally renowned research center. It also operates the Bailey-Boushay House in Seattle, one of the nation's premier facilities for persons living with AIDS.
