Graybar Electric, a distributor of electrical supplies, expanded its operations in a 100%-occupied 48,000-sf building owned by CenterPoint Properties. Mike Fonda, Brendan Kelly, Hugh Williams and Suzanne Serino represented Graybar Electric and CenterPoint Properties.
Rockford, IL-based Material Handling also expanded operations, moving from nearby Carol Stream. Fonda, Kelly, Williams and Serino represented Material Handling Services while Tim Kelly of LaGrou Properties represented LaGrou Distribution, owner of the office/industrial building.
