2 Companies Find Room to Expand in DuPage

GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL-Graybar Electric Co. signs a two-year lease for 27,000 sf at 800-850 Regency Drive here while Material Handling Services signs a five-year lease for 8,256 sf at 1700 W. Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago.

GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL–Clayton, MO-based Graybar Electric Co. has signed a two-year lease for 27,000 sf at 800-850 Regency Drive in this western suburb. Meanwhile, Cushman & Wakefield was involved in another DuPage County lease deal, with forklift rental company Material Handling Services signing a five-year lease for 8,256 sf of office/industrial space at 1700 W. Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago.

Graybar Electric, a distributor of electrical supplies, expanded its operations in a 100%-occupied 48,000-sf building owned by CenterPoint Properties. Mike Fonda, Brendan Kelly, Hugh Williams and Suzanne Serino represented Graybar Electric and CenterPoint Properties.
