Strategic Associates Moves to Stratum Executive Center

AUSTIN-Strategic Associates, a high-tech recruiting agency, has relocated from the far north submarket to the city's northwest corridor. The 13-year-old firm has signed a five-year deal for Stratum Executive Center.

AUSTIN-A high-tech recruiter has just relocated to an expanded space at the 243,86-sf Stratum Executive Center in northwest Austin.

Strategic Associates Inc., based in Austin, has signed a five-year lease for the 3,651-sf office spot in the class-A structure at 1044 Research Blvd., Eric Anderson of First Regional Properties in Austin tells GlobeSt.com. Paul Joseph of USAA has represented his company, the building owner, in the transaction. The going rate in the five-story office building is $30 per sf.
