World Clothing Takes Keys to 18,000-SF Warehouse

HOUSTON-A vintage clothing reseller, World Clothing Corp., has leased 18,000 sf of warehouse space in the city's eastern corridor. The new location is part of a 200,000-sf, multi-tenant warehouse park along Wallisville Road.

HOUSTON-World Clothing Corp. is taking 18,000 sf of warehouse space in Wallisville 610 Business Center at 9135 Wallisville Rd. in east Houston.

Wallisville 610 Business Center is a 200,000-sf, multi-tenant warehouse park built in 1970. The lease rates range from 30-cents per sf to 35-cents per sf. Typical lease lengths at the park are three to five years. The tilt-wall building has dock high and grade level accommodations, with average floor plates of 14,000 sf.
