The four-story, 99,00-sf building is part of the EastRidge Properties portfolio. At press time, specific details about the size of the lease could not be obtained.
Allegheny Energy Solutions provides customers with on-site energy services, including distributed generation, which is the integrated or standalone use of small generating equipment by small end-users. Other company products and services include: energy infrastructure and mechanical systems, central plant construction and operations, demand-side management, power quality and power protection services.
Commenting on the company's presence in Westchester County, vice president Ron Cardwell says, "We are delighted about our expansion into the New York metropolitan area and look forward to working with businesses to help them manage the risks and take advantage of the opportunities presented by the deregulated gas and electricity markets."
The company also has offices in Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
