Del Taco Building Sells for $1.5 Mil

LOS ANGELES-A 2,164-sf facility, which is leased by fast food chain Del Taco, has been sold in Downey.

The building, which was constructed in 2000, encompasses 2,164 sf. It is located at 8020 Firestone Blvd. Fast food chain Del Taco currently occupies the facility. Del Taco, which is owned by Atlanta-based RTM Restaurant Group, has signed a 20-year lease to occupy the entire building.

Jeff Conover of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller, EMCO Development LLC. Gary Mahler of Mahler and Co. represented the buyer, Hara Associates.
