Herman Miller, based in Zeeland, MI, has picked a spot at 2941 Trade Center Dr. in an office-showroom facility of the 165-acre park owned by Argent Property Co. John Conger and Ron Bullock, both of Wilcox Realty Group, has represented Herman Miller while Argent has used in-house broker Terry Darrow.
Conger says the trade center is "a great match" for the Herman Miller group, which holds the distinction of being the first tenant for Argent's 475,000 sf of next-generation showroom and distribution space at the center. Frankford Trade Center also is home to Home Interiors and Gifts, Verizon, Corbett Lighting, Tony & Guy, Unisource and Genlyte.
Herman Miller Workplace Resource provides product and service solutions that enhance workplace environments. Its service lineup runs the gamut from strategic consulting, facility management, interior design services, space planning, project management, move management, delivery and staging installation of furniture and design support services.
