Roel is building the fourth phase of the $19.5 million, 113,000-sf project at 7210 Blue Heron Pl. It will consist of a 23,000-sf administration building and seven three-story, time-share villa buildings totaling 90,000 sf.
Roel expects to finish the project, owned by Aviara FSRC Associates, by the summer. Delawie Wilkes Rodrigues Barker of San Diego is the architect for the administration building, while ONA is the landscape architect. Newport Beach-based Wimberly Allison Tong Goo is the project architect for timeshare buildings.
