1st Building Complete in Bluff City

ELGIN, IL- Abbott Land & Investment Corp., developer of the Bluff City Business Park near Route 25 and W. Bartlett Road, relocates to a 32,282-sf office and warehouse building, the first to be completed in the 45-acre park.

Construction was completed in six months by Itasca, IL-based FCL Builders, Inc. The pre-cast, two-story building with five docks and six drive-in doors also includes a 1,200-sf employee health club. Senior project manager Craig Slinker, project manager Christian Evangelista, Project Manager and senior superintendent Fred Johanns supervised construction. Kwasek Architects provided architectural services.
